Q: How do I pay for the ride? You can pay the driver directly with cash or any major credit card on
the day of travel. |

Q: What happens after I placed a reservation online? You should receive an email or a phone call from the operator confirming that your request was received and the car is scheduled for you. |

Q: Are your rates per person or per car? The rates are per car and do not change depending on the number of passengers. |

Q: Will I be charged for waiting time? No. We always check the flight status for delays or early arrivals to
provide fast and reliable service just at the right time. |

Q: What if I want to cancel my reservation? To avoid charges you must cancel your reservation not less then 12 hours prior to pickup time, if cancelling by email, or 3 hours by phone. |

Q: How will I find my driver at the airport? The driver can either wait at the baggage claim terminal holding a sign with your name (that will cost you additional $10), or he can pick you up at the curbside outside the baggage claim area (and there will be no extra charges this way). Please give us a call in advance and let us know what works better for you. |
